Looking back into the past is a difficult but necessary endeavor, in order to grow as humans we learn from past mistakes and interaction, so although it may be daunting reflect and contemplate on the past in order to be at peace with the present.

In addition to the short film, I designed a short visual experience game to tie it all together. Many people are terrified of solitude because they are afraid of being alone, and we are continually yearning for human connection. However, with the correct mentality, intentionally isolating yourself from your daily life can be a great instrument for personal growth and connection. After isolation, remember to reflect on the past in order to heal old wounds, these are often the most difficult to repair.
